We will hold the 6th Biodiversity Marathon on 22 September 2019 at Eco Park, Kolkata (West Bengal). Nature Mates-Nature Club will host it, and approx. 60 college students and other young nature enthusiasts will attend.
We are on a research expedition to the Eastern Himalaya
In collaboration with the West Bengal and Arunachal Pradesh state forest departments, we are conducting insect surveys in Buxa NP, Eaglenest WLS, and Talle Valley WLS.
Specimen databasing completed: 40,000 specimens
All our specimens are centrally databased in an online, searchable database, which currently has approx. 40,000 entries.
